Brookshires in Whitney is great. The staff is friendly and very customer service oriented which is very important to me. They are a little expensive however we live in a pretty small, rural town and prices are set at the corporate level so you can't hold the store accountable for that issue. Again, all personnel are awesome. The store is clean, well stocked and well laid out making shopping easy. They offer curbside pickup (Grace is a sweetheart!) as well as home delivery. The pharmacy also earns five stars with wonderful, friendly associates. The pharmacist is always available for questions and is always happy to assist her customers. High praise to the management and the pharmacist!! Definitely five stars!

Fabulous grocery store. Well stocked with almost anything you need. Meat market,fresh produce, deli and even wine. Very clean and helpful employees

Everyone here is nice to me, they know where everything is, and can point me to it quickly. I love their fresh flower bouquets and seasonal houseplants. The staff here are always busy stocking, cooking, or tending to customers, especially since it's close to the holidays. I use my reward points off my thank you card to get the cheapest gas in town once a month as well!

The best Brookshire's I've ever used. Always clean, nice variety of deli foods - hot or cold. The weekly sales are good, BUT even better when you use your membership number!! Walgreens pharmacy being available while you shop is a Plus+. I also get fuel after shopping, the gas prices are the least expensive for miles.

I have ordered from the Whitney store multiple times in the last year. I am always happy with my orders. They are fast and accurate every time. I also never have a long wait time at my designated pick up time. I absolutely love that I can add something last minute. Something I don't see with other grocers. Amy, Amber, and Crystal are fantastic!

This is one of my stores to go to for my grocery shopping.....clean floors, everyone is very friendly and great customer service....very well stocked is what customer like to see I know I do....very fresh fruit...great prices.....like the salads....an deli special going on..I will be differently going back to my grocery store....I really enjoyed it...

I have shopped here, and it's always clean and staff is always friendly. Today, I placed an online order for the first time. It was so much better than any online experience I have ever had. The girl that shopped my order was in contact the entire time. She sent pictures of possible substitutions, added more to my order after she was finished, and texted me the whole time. She brought out my order about 2 minutes after I texted her that I was there. What a treat to have personal contact and personal treatment! This store is not convenient for me, but I will be back!!! Great work, Taylor and Brookshires, Whitney!!!!
